I hope this is a thread that hasn't been done before, but I'd really like to talk about the 2013 Sailor Moon that'll be shown this Summer, or so they say.
Rumor says that this will be a 6th season - which means, it'll most likely take place after the 5th season which ended over 10 years ago. However, no one isn't sure what this might be about. It could be a remake of the first season, or a prequel, or something entirely new.
What do you think this year's Sailor Moon would be like?
I haven't heard any rumors that it would be a sixth season. Something completely new like that or a prequel would be interesting, but I don't expect that to be the case. I think that the new series will be a more faithful adaptation of the manga storyline. They would probably be able to cover everything in around fifty-two episodes or so. After reading eight volumes of the manga, it would be awesome to see an anime series closer to that storyline.
