Sing When Your Winning
Rate the Anime above
The Rules are the same as in all of the other Rating Games but with a few differences I will be switching from the normal 10 to a 20 and now the following must be used in each new post
Setting(where the anime/anime movie is set)
Story
Characters
Audio
Visuals
Then at the end the 0/20 rating would come into play
Mod note by Soulweaver: You are also allowed to use only the total rating if you wish so, though in that case you will need to explain your rating. With subratings, it is not necessary but encouraged.
Seeing as how will be the first

Re: Rate the Anime above
From my own ratings on AniDB... 9.60 -> 19/20 (only the first season carrying that exact title), 9.60+9.20+7.10 -> 17/20 (both seasons and the OVA). It's a fun series and I like its gaming context. The OVA was rather useless though, if it weren't for the characters, it would have nothing worth watching. Oh, and DORODORODORODORODORO
Also, a mod note: since this isn't Fun & Games, a "rating" does not consist of only a number and nothing else. Explain why you would give a certain rating to the series on the post above, thank you.
E: You can also use the new split rating system added in the first post; if using that, you don't need to explain your ratings, but it is still encouraged.

Way to go, completely missing the guidelines listed for posting in this thread.
One rating? Explain that rating.
Subratings? Explanation not required.
Anyway, Elfen Lied... I've rated it 6.80 in AniDB, but it's been quite a while since I finished it, so I'll just use a single rating of 13/20. I picked it up when I was asking for recommendations on my early anime days, alongside with Hellsing (original). I had asked them to base their suggestions on what I had seen before, but they completely failed in that front. Hellsing I dropped after the first ep, Elfen Lied I managed to get through despite all the mindless gore it offered. Whenever the main character (Nana?) was not in the mindless state, it offered funny scenes and stuff, but the bloodshedding in general spoiled it.
For the next poster: Gyakkyou Burai Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor (known sometimes as just the first Kaiji season).
