It's true that this (わ) is the hiragana wa. But as far as particles go, this (は) is the wa particle. Why ha is pronounced wa as a particle, I'll never know...

blah, I should look at this a little more.

    Greetings and Related Phrases
    Good Morning: おはよう (ohaiyou)
Good Afternoon/Default "hello": こんにちは (konnichiwa) *
    Good Evening: こんばんは (konbanwa) *
    "I'm Leaving": 行ってきます (ittekimasu)
    "Return Safe": 行ってらっしゃい (itterashai)
    "I'm back": ただいま (tadaima)
    "Welcome back": お帰りなさい (okaerinasai)
    Goodbye: さようなら (sayonara)
    Informal Goodbye: じゃね (jane)
"How do you do": 初めまして (hajimemashite)
"Pleased to meet you": どうぞよろしく (douzoyoroshiku)

    * = As mentioned above, the は hiragana is used instead of わ but still pronounced as わ. I remember my Japanese professor explaining why it's used for these two phrases last semester, but I've since forgotten why. ^^;> I think it was something like the full phrase was "こんばんはどうですか。" (how [are you?] is this evening?) or something to that effect, which is why the particle は is used.

There's prolly some kanji for these phrases that I don't know, sooo yeah. xD Just to make the point of it.
this should be really obvious but, I really don't post here anymore. I pop in from time to time, but I really don't care.

There's a set of phrases which I would like romanized and translated:
    1. 超魔王ハバネロ Thank you, Taras Bulba
    2. 郵便処刑執行人チアキちゃん
    3. わふー
    4. バイナルベント Thank you, Taras Bulba
    5. ゆのサマー
    6. はーい!スーパーチャンスちゃん Thank you, Taras Bulba
    7. 郵便処刑執行人チアキさん
    8. 来世から本気出す Thank you, Taras Bulba
    10. 竹取飛翔
    11. アーメン咲夜 Thank you, ★TobyTse99★
    12. きゃすぱー Thank you, Taras Bulba

I believe it would help to say that several of these appear to be references to anime, and one of them appears to reference the Amen Break.

Also, Phrase #10 appears to be is (Thank you, Taras Bulba) the title of a song, does anybody know who wrote it?

    Here's some of them:

    1. 超魔王ハバネロ
Chō Maō Habanero - Super Demon Lord Habanero?

    4. バイナルベント
Bainarubento- this seems to be a song by an artist named Shako-Pani. It's also unique enough as a phrase that this very thread is the fourth result on Google for this term. Possible romanizations: bainalbent? vainarvent? No idea. Perhaps it might even be Bainaru bento.

    6. はーい!スーパーチャンスちゃん
    Ha-i! Super Chance-chan!

    8. 来世から本気出す
    Raise kara honki dasu
    Seriousness coming from the afterlife.

    10. 竹取飛翔
    "Taketorihishō ~ Lunatic Princess"
Meaning: The Flight of the Bamboo-Cutter- an allusion to the folktale 竹取物語 / Taketorimonogatari, the Tale of the Bamboo-Cutter.
This is apparently a track from the Touhou game "Imperishable Night." The Lunatic Princess part is part of the name.

    12. きゃすぱー
    Kyasupaa - "Casper"?

Could someday please translate this sentence into Japanese characters for me? I would be very grateful.

    Cheers in advance.

    Here's a translation.

    ライジングサンフォーラムの土地から陽気な引用符がここに入ります。

It's a Google translation, so it may not be completely correct.

    Excessive Spare Time:

    11. アーメン咲夜
Searched that phrase and that turned out to be the name of the arranger of sm4855460 in nico nico... given that it's touhou related, the 咲夜 must be referring to 十六夜 咲夜 (いざよい さくや)Sakuya Izayoi... so...

    Aamen Sakuya (meaning: Amen Sakuya)

And this is the only line I could guess... so bad.

Hmm, I'm not sure where you're getting the Yang part, but it is very literal :/ Something along the lines of:

"Jolly quotation marks enter here from the land of the rising sun forum"

    >.<

Well, that explains where the "quotes" comes from.

You see why I said limited knowledge. I never knew 引用符 is quotation mark. And I know jolly, but I didn't know the English word for that, so... you get it.

And I am not sure about whath happened to the tag... I don't see anything funny.

    日本国の板の面白おかしい引用句の所です。
Lit: "Japan-nation's board (2ch usage)'s funny quotations place this is."

(edit) Huh, the forum doesn't like that last kanji. Fixed:
    日本国の板の面白おかしい引用句のところです。

(edit2) Still getting error characters. Ah, whatever.
