Which are your favorites? And why do you they're usually cut out in the US Broadcasts?

Back in the 80s and some of the 90s (and decades prior), seems eye-catches were common in not only Japanese animated programs, but pretty much anything animated. Why the US doesn't do this anymore and Japan still does is interesting within itself.
