Thread: claim a voice actor/seiyuu

Rules

1.200 posts needed for each of the two sections(Strictly one from now on in each)
2.Staff can have 4/As can I
3.List will be as it is in the anime claim thread which means no wipes will be done
4.Limit of 2 claims only(any post with more than that won't be added)
5.If no V.A's come to mind will allow 2 in Seiyuu/Same goes for V.A 2 will be allowed in place of Seiyuu

I suppose I can begin this thread. I suppose any voice actor from any country counts ? (for example, claiming a german voice actor or a brazilian one is possible ?)
I'll specify which voice actors / seiyus dubs which characters, so anyone won't ask "who is this voice actor / seiyu ?"
