Um...that's Rodger Rabbit, not Bugs Bunny. lol.

Anyway, It's really hard for me to pick, but I'm going to vote Hank Hill, since he sells propane and propane accessories.

Beast Boy from Teen Titans, Odd from Code Lyoko, and Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown. They're all certifiable goofballs, and goofballs are awesome in my book.

And Team Galactic as a whole... please don't bite my head off for including anime characters in a "cartoon" thread, because as far as I'm concerened, anime is just a cartoon from Japan and a different style of cartoon from others. A cartoon is a cartoon, 'nuff said.
