They're ok, it's just not something I'd ever actually have on - 6/10

Beyonce

6/10. I only give her such a high rating because she really does have a nice voice, but I feel like it's not used to its full potential enough (and when it is, it comes across as being out of place) in the kind of pop/R&B music she plays.

Grizzly Bear

Grizzly Bear is fine. The vocals are a bit bland for me, but they're pleasant (unlike a lot of the Pop you hear on the radio nowadays. I would honestly prefer them if it was purely instrumental - I like what they've got there. In the end they don't sound any different from any other band in the genre, though. 6/10.

Third Eye Blind

I like one of their songs, but I can't remember what it was called. It's good. 7/10 on that basis.

Iron Maiden

6.5/10. Bruce is what makes them stand out the most. He's a great vocalist. Besides him, the instrumentals are very exceptional, too, but like I said, Bruce's classical- or operatic-sounding vocals are what gives the songs their personality, the way they harken back to the days when microphones didn't exist and people had to actually make an effort to be heard when performing, and that's an ideal for any metal musician to hold fast to, vocalist or not, in my opinion.

Blur

I prefer Oasis. Gorillaz was a better Damon Albarn project anyway. 7/10

Katy Perry

2/10. Her voice has a somewhat nice timbre to it, but her obnoxious electric pop is really grating to me, as are her shallow lyrics.

Godflesh

But she has great tits.

I strangely own a lot if Godflesh CDs, they're pretty great. 9/10 Nice n heavy.

Melvins

8/10 Good ol' heavy-as-hell sludge metal.

Tool

8.5/10. Nobody else sounds like they do.

Animal Collective

Nobody else sounds like they do. They do that hipster noise thing well. 8/10

Neil Young

7/10 Don't know too much about him though.

Alison Krauss

6/10 This is actually the first time I've heard about her so I had to look up a few of her songs. The genre (I'm assuming country/bluegrass) doesn't extremely appeal to me but she has a really nice voice
