A thousand times this.
Deftones - the best nu-metal band, almost certainly 7/10.

Yep, love there music 9/10
Led Zeplin
I love Led Zeppelin's music, definitely high on my list, 9.5/10
Sammy Hagar
As Van Halen frontman: Van Halen was in its prime with him at the helm. 9/10
As Chickenfoot frontman: Generic but decent. 5/10
Death
6/10 not into death metal
Poison
EW. GLAM. 2/10
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Free Bird is fantastic, shame that they made more music 7/10
Daft Punk
8/10. They were one of the first groups I ever became a real, conscious fan of. Their studio albums are nice collections of great, danceable French/trance house, but their live mixes are where their energy is really at. I can't wait for that new album they've been talking about.
Rage Against the Machine
8/10. I tend to listen to them only in short bursts, too much and it just feels... I dunno, boring. But those short bursts are very good.
Faith No More.
I enjoying listening to Faith No More songs, they are entertaining to listen to, since I don't listen to the radio anymore, I don't get bored of them - radio tends to repeat the same popular songs over and over. Overall 8/10
Loudness
Just don't care for metal, basically. And I'd rather listen to the classics rather than imitations. 5/10
Randy Newman
Loudness: Damn. What a sound. That's metal as it was intended to be. 10/10
On the flipside...
Randy Newman: Dull voice and bad lyrics. 1/10
Queen
10/10 - I adore Queen!
Mogwai
8/10 Good Scottish band, I only have one of their albums but I dig it.
Boards of Canada
7.5/10. I admittedly haven't listened to a terrible lot of them, but enough to know that they make very exceptional electronic music.
