As mentioned numerous times before, anything Gaga, Katy Perry, & Ke$ha (gag me & incinerate me plz)

Anything & everything Beyonce & Rihanna (2 most over hyped & overrated black pop singers EVER. (Makes me appreciate lesser appreciated talents such as Keri Hilson, Tamia, Jhene Aiko, etc)

Anything & EVERYTHING Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Young Money, etc (makes me want to rip my fckin ears off. THIS IS NOT HIP-HOP >.> )

Anything Wiz Khalifa (perfect example of an artist that was better off underground & became unbearable once the mainstream accepted him)

Anything Rick Ross (fakeness wins in mainstreap rap these days, eh? Officer Ricky)

The messed up thing is, I keep my radio listenings to the 2 hip-hop & r&b stations here, & I still cannot avoid the horrors of Gaga, KAty, Ke$ha, & other pop acts. it amazes me. Still have yet to hear Cee-Lo on the radio, unlike everyone else, whom I would actually enjoy to hear (a talented individual for once, on the radio). & I don't even listen to the radio daily.

    I know right!

These are the songs I keep hearing in the station I'm listening to here in Texas.

    Adele- Rolling in the Deep
    Bruno Mars- Lazy Song
    Christina Perri- Arms
Jason Aldean (feat. Kelly Clarkson)- Don't You Wanna Stay

    And for some reason,
    Fitz and the Tantrums- MoneyGrabber

    There's also many others I don't remember.

Also, you know whats weird about "Lazy Song"? It's a song about doing nothing yet Bruno Mars explains doing many different things.

I love the song and have it as my ringtone but I think Give Me Everything counts

On 4th of July the news, the other news, the other other news network, the 4th of July parade, the 4th of July festival and the radio all played Firework-Katy Perry... I wanted to yell in some random persons face who enjoyed that song sarcastically of course "HA HA. Firework on 4th of July, I get it, you guys are so fricken funny HA HA." then end with "god people are so stupid"

Yes man, thanks for saying this.

I'm also sick of hearing ANY Bruno Mars songs, especially Lazy song. If it comes up, I just switch to the country station while it's played.

    These, definitely.

Everyone at school seems to love the same things.
If I don't put pop music on, everyone groans and complains for some reason.

I haven't listened to mainstream radio in years. At work they sometimes play a CD with those new artists like Bruno Mars and Katy Perry, but honestly, I have no idea which is which. I only know those two names because somebody at work mentioned that they're what plays on that playlist. lol

Otherwise, they play country at work. And let me be honest, hearing any country song, even once, is overplaying country. That genre is absolutely unbearable. I'd rather listen to Katy Perry and Bruno Mars any day. They may be shallow and annoying, but they still aren't on the level of country.

I have, however, listened to Classic Rock and Oldies stations for the last several years. My parents grew up with that music, and raised me with it, too, so I ended up liking it and listening to it once the pop stations turned to dance music and rap. Of those stations, the artists/bands I have found to be obnoxiously overplayed have been Led Zeppelin (even though I personally love Stairway to Heaven), Steve Miller Band, John Mellencamp, and the Jackson 5. Perhaps it's some kind of heresy to hate those groups, but I don't care. I like some Led Zeppelin, but not all of it, and the other groups I could do without in entirety, I won't lie.
