I had a weird dream last night about ponies going to space before it changed scenario to Universal Studios. It suddenly made me wish there was a literal recycled in space episode.

I love The Cutie Mark episodes. The Cutie Mark ponies are basically in almost every episode in season 2, and I'm getting tired of them.
Anyway spoiler ahead!
Hope this wille be one months waiting worth.
Equestria Daily: Sneak Peak of The New Episode: I Love Lucy Reference!
Applejack: OK, this is just gettin' weird. Real me! Real me!
I'm not 100% certain if it's true, but I heard Lauren Faust wanted the CMC to star in their own spin-off show for Kindergartners. If its existence meant more stories for the Mane Six and Spike, I'd have no problem with it becoming a reality.
Who is this git?

I'm not sure about surpassing Sesame Street, but from the perspective of a kid who was brought up with Blue's Clues and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, this seems like an... interesting idea. Not sure if it will come to fruitition, but if they think they're up to the task, I'd like to see them make a pitch or a demo of sorts. It sounds flipping adorable. :3

MY BROTHER IS NOW A BRONY!!!!
......oh yeah, and he's 10.
I just find that kind of ironic because most boys his age wouldn't set foot near anything pony related, but I'm not complaining! The episode I showed him was 'Party of One'.
I honestly never thought that he would be so open-minded about watching MLP, since people way older than him just hate on the show without even watching it.
But anyway.....SUCCESS! :D
Not only have we gotten a long-waited Pinkie Pie episode, we've also got a long-waited Applejack episode:
One of the best episodes of season 2 so far.
SPOILERS
seriously that was the best episode they've had in forever. Pinkie is fucking hilarious, the thing in the spoiler, just... everything is perfect.
I laughed, I cried,
I puked a little in my mouth.

Applejack-centered episode? Screw that. Derpy getting a name and voice? Doesn't matter. The real star of this episode was Pinkie Pie. With her good 'ol Pinkie Pie antics, almost everything she said or did ended up being funny.
The ramblings, the rage over the breaking of a Pinkie promise, the "catch me Rarity", all genius. And good guy Pinkie Pie wa the only one who cared about postman's birthday :3
Also, appearently Big Macintosh is more emotional than he seemed in earlier episodes. Maybe that will return in the valentine's day episode?

Wow this was a really great episode. Although it bugged me that even though this was supposed to be an Applejack episode, she was hardly focused on at all. Really, it was Pinkie that stole the show in this one. She was fantastic the whole way through, especially in that end scene with Rarity. XD Finally getting to hear Derpy talk, as well as actually be referred to as Derpy, was really awesome too. Her voice is so cute and fits her really well.
But yeah, loved it. Easily one of the best episodes of the entire show so far.

As an Applejack disliker, I am torn on this episode. It wasn't bad at all, and the whole "Derpy is Canon" message made it all worth it. Better than the last episode at the very least. Plus Pinky Pie once again freaked me out, so that was a plus.
I have to admit this:
I don't think I have ever, and I mean never in all my years, seen a fanbase this worked up, positive or negative, as I have today. (more positive here, with canon Derpy, the image of the fandom)
(does this mean Jan. 21 is now Derpy Day or something?)
And I love it all, and all of you guys!
Bronies are practically the new generation of Trekkies (Star Trek for the win). And I compare them because it's the only other show I can think of as open to its fandom and their work.
(See Fighting is Magic for another example.)
All that aside, new episode. In four words: pickle barrel, kumquat, chimicherrychanga.
Oh, and yellow-eyes Pinkie is way scarier than flat-maned Pinkamena. I mean, [BUY SOME APPLES], her voice reverberates.
Now where's that Season 2 Bingo Chart? This is the best opportunity to bring it up.
nothing short of great. too many good things to say.
