"I'll never forget the season three premiere. It was a moment in time that will never exist again."

I think it isn't true that Season 3 started last Saturday and these tweets are hoaxes. Why isn't it available on the American iTunes store or viewable on YouTube? There are titles for the first two Season 3 episodes The Crystal Empire, Part 1 and The Crystal Empire, Part 2 but they don't have an airdate yet.
This almost gave me a heart attack. How could I miss the Season 3 premiere? xD
Hoax, probably.

@Bohnenstein And no you can not trust me. I have no clue when the premiere is.
It hasn't aired, but I kind of wonder why the Boston Bronies group has a date for when to watch the Season 3 premiere if there isn't an airdate at all yet...
For a second, I thought Hasbro was going to forget about counting to 3 like Valve.
My memory's a little rusty, but I seem to recall that they were working on a straight-to-DVD movie at some point; perhaps that could've caused problems and slowed production down?
But woo hoo! It's fantastic to finally have confirmation on season 3's starting date. These last six months have been empty and slow, but the good times are just around the corner, and I couldn't be more excited.
If they are really working on a straight-to-DVD or TV movie i wonder what it would be about.
I thought it would have aired already.
Hooray!
Honestly, I'm not sure why people were falling for the "Season 3 has already aired!" hoaxes. No offense to people who have, but: If you think about it, a popular TV show would not have its premiere without the world knowing. For one, there are some people in the world who really, truly, still read TV Guide. Hard to believe, I know. And it's also not in the best interest of a channel to keep these things quiet, especially when it's arguably their most popular show. They want ratings.
