In case you don't know what a Festival is, (which most people don't) you can read about them HERE
Essentially, it's a Contest FFA in the sense that it is open to as many people as wants to join. The money/prizes however is even better and depending on how many people join, a ribbon of their choice is awarded to the top ranking winners. What set's it apart from a regular contest additionally is that you don't have to choose 4 moves at the beginning, you can use any move that your pokemon knows (assuming you have the proper TM/BM/EM/etc...)

In order to join, send me a PM either on BulbaForums or Pe2k. This PM should contain Your pokemon and its contest stats (Cool,Cute,Smart, etc...)

I think I'll give everyone until Monday to send your pokemon so if you want to buy some pokeblocks and you still need money you've got time so don't worry.

FAQs:
1. What kind of contest is it (i.e. cool, cute, etc.)?
- Festivals encorparate all attributes. The attribute changes every 2 turns. Example: Round 1 and 2 might be Smart. Then I'll choose a new random attribute for round 3 and 4 and so on until the Festival ends. In this case, there will be 4 different attributes.

2. Why was my pokemon nervous? I sent my move in.
- Your pokemon was probably nervous because a pokemon before you used a move that induces nervousness. Such as Attract/Baton Pass/etc...

SPECIAL RULE TIME!: You can only use each move one time through out the Festival. If your pokemon knows less than eight moves then you must use all of you moves once before using them again. Note: if you didn't actually perform the move (you were nervous) then you technically haven't "used" it yet.
That should make this Festival a tad more interesting ;D. I may add/take away rules later in the festival so keep your eyes out.
