BW Revolution??? (send 6 Pokemon or less with items to the ref, the ref reveals the 6 Pokemon to the opponent, then each player selects which 3 of their own Pokemon they want to use, privately; plays like normal Revolution after)

Freeze Clause
OHKO Clause
Evasion Clause
Self-KO Clause (if both remaining Pokemon faint from Explosion, Self-Destruct, recoil move, and/or Life Orb, the user/holder of that move will lose)

You can challenge anyone, but may only battle him/her once a week. You get 3 points for a win and 1 point for a loss. If you tie, no points are awarded, but you must battle again. Just like gym leaders, you can't deny challenges once you have your first battle in this. Ideally, everyone should of battled everyone else.

Nope, just do battle. Make sure it is clear to both battlers that you are battling for this (should be clear when you choose 3 Pokemon :|)

Well basically Double Team and Minimize are the only moves not allowed by this clause. You can still increase your Evasion with Acupressure or dodge attacks with Sand Veil.

Also this was something I wasn't sure on when reffing, but when we show the battlers their opponent's mons do we include their items too? I assumed this wasn't the case, but I just wanna make sure
