Thread: Team Wars Tournament - Schedule Up, Post #2, Begin Battling

Team Wars: Round Two
Do you have what it takes?


Introduction
In this tournament, up to 12 teams will face each other through several months for the Champion Title. Teamwork is essential, only teams with synchronized abilities will be able to rise to the top.

Rules:
1 ) Teams will consist of up to 5 members; 4 members are required for participating though. Up to 12 teams may register. This Tournament is open to all who enter, PE2Kers or BMGers. Note: Number of teams subject to change*

2 ) It's a round-robin tournament. Each win grants 3 points, losses are worth no points, and ties are worth 1 point to each team.

3 ) Each team will battle it out over several weeks. The schedule will be edited in the next post once all teams register. Each round, a referee will be asigned to each of the 6 fights. Any team member must send the referee a private message containing the moves, with their respective targets, for each turn. The referee will then make a thread containing the results of each turn, with full details of what happened. (Forum Only)

4 ) At the end of the 2 weeks, if there's no winner and there was activity from both teams, the winner will be the team with the most Pokémon remaining. If they are equal, the result will be a tie.

5 ) Battles rules will be: 4 on 4, Revolution, No Held Items, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause. Each team member will use only one Pokémon, which will be stated when registering. The team will decide which member won't participate in each round.

6 ) Banned moves are:
-Perish Song
-Rest
-Evasion Moves
-Encore

7 ) Moves that hit all Pokémon are allowed. Moves that normally affect the entire party, such as Heal Bell, will affect the entire team. You may attack a fellow team member.

8 ) You have until the 28th of June to register. Post your team here, including the Pokémon that each member will use through the duration of the tournament. Take in mind that if you trade your Pokémon away, while the tournament is active, you will be out of the team for the rest of the tournament; and if you put your pokemon in the daycare before a battle, it won't be eligible to battle that round.

9 ) You will be allowed to add moves to your Pokemon in between rounds, however, if you add a TM to your pokemon during a battle, that TM will be unusable for the duration of the round.

Payments per battle:
2k to each member of the winning team.
1k to each member of the losing team.
3k to the referee.

-5k to each member of the team.
-1 Basic Pokémon of their choice.
-TM of choice


2nd
-2k to each member of the team.
-1 Basic Pokémon of hard difficulty.


3rd
-1k to each member of the team.
-1 Basic Pokémon of Medium difficulty.

Important: This is for score keeping, you do NOT have to fight other teams in the order listed, consider this permission to go and challenge in other team in any order you so choose, I will be keeping track of activity. You can battle over AIM or forum, be forewarned however, that forum battles will only last 2 weeks, after of which, the team with the most Pokemon alive wins, in the case of a tie, a tie will be issued.

Also, in the case of a forum battle, once a ref has been decided, ONE PERSON from each team, will be responsible for sending the team moves, talk with your teammates and decide what to use and then send.

Was that supposed to be unusable? Or can we add moves to our Pokemon in the middle of a battle, and then use them in the battle?
