Returning a TM Icy Wind, TM Rock Tomb, a Salac Berry, a TM Shadow Claw, a Ditto(as well as the DW ability with it), and a Red Card for a total remaining of 30.5k
With that, I'll buy a Choice Scarf, HM Surf, TM Stone Edge, and TM Protect. That Leaves me with 3.5k.
