Piplup, hoping to save the day from Pichu's evil plans, tries to blast her away with a hydro Pump. Unfortunately, she missed her mark.

Arrgh! This wasn't good! I knew that if Pichu managed to land a thunderbolt with that stat boost Piplup was done for!

"Okay Piplup! Let's show em what you can do! Short out that electricity with another Hydro Pump! Try to focus and aim!" I yelled, my voice quavering with panic.

Piplup clenched her eyes shut with focus and then opened them with a daring gleam.

"PiiiPLUUP!" she shouted with all its might sending a huge gush of water towads the general direction of the Pichu.

"Alright, Minnie, hit it with a boosted Thundershock! Use that water attack as a conduit!"

After form an evil, most diabolical plot to ever be thought up by a tiny, cute yellow puff ball, the Pichu released his weather control device. With it, he let loose a thunderstorm that later on took out half of the Antarctic in a week.

As the clouds formed, the poor Piplup could barely squeak before a huge bolt of plasma streaked through the air, striking the poor penguin and roasting him. If only there was garlic and herbs. Oh well.

Pichu would soon bring the free world to its knees and became the supreme rule of Earth before falling when his Magikarp general did a coup d'etat. The rest is history.

I gotta say, I like the flavor text, zeferin. However:

Pichu actually used Thundershock, not Thunderbolt. It doesn't even know Thunderbolt. Would this have changed the outcome?

*edit* Also, if it didn't change the outcome, Pichu evolved to Pikachu.
