neon with one mon, then alternate with two mons, neon will then post his final mon and his lead, then i'll post lead and move.

I have two forumn battles currently going but one will be over by the time all mons are sent.

So we take turns sending our team, and then we go D/P from there basically? Sounds fine by me. I'll edit in my first mon in a second.

Sorry, but I better step in. For B/W, the teams are sent privately to the referee. They are then revealed, and you pick your lead in chat, just as the challenger would send their first Pokemon. Then all moves are sent alternating as per the usual D/P/Pt style.

Not reffing this myself btw.
