I walked out into the stadium. The lights shone brightly on my face. I knew that battle was going to be short and sweet. A one on one battle, perfect for a returning battle.

Before even coming to this battle, I knew who I was going to use. The samepokemon that had nearly wiped Sparky when I was in the Park. Now it was his time to shine. Greabbing a pokeball off my belt, I looked up, and threw it. The light refected off the sphere as it rolled in he sky. It almost seem to be slow motion. With a flash, my pokemon was out.

I looked around. It was daunting, cameras flickered on and off. The big screen in the stadium with my face on it shone brightly.

I saw that he sent out an aipom, no type advantage or disadvantage with my charmander. This would be a tactical battle that would be a close call.

"Go charmander!" I said throwing out my pokeball. The light flickered and revealed a small lizard.

My opponent released a Charmander. Just as I expected. With no type advantage, this would come down to Strategy. I had faith in Paws though. After seeing the way he battled in the Nat. PArk, I knew he could pull it off. I looked down at him, and he stood on his tail. I thought for a second, then a strategy formed. "Ok Aipom, start with a sand attack!" I commanded.

I heard my opponent shout "Sand attack" as soon as I heard that I flinched and went into tactical mode
"Try and dodge it Charmander!" I shouted "If you suceed use dragon rage!"
This was a tactical move, if nothing would STAB the opponent, dragon rage will always deal the same amount of damage each time

"Crap" I cursed. The sand attack hit. But Dragon Rage hit so it doesent matter I thought.

"Okay Charmander, use flamethrower!" I commanded

"Ugh," I thought. I was down in health, but his accuracy was lower now. At least that worked. "Ok Aipom, use doublehit!"

We can, but Stubbs hasnt been online for awhile, so be patient a while longer :P

It's been a week now... We should try and get a new ref
