For if you don't bother reading the other posts Ataro: Magby is using Confuse Ray, and Growlithe is using Crunch.

Try not to rely 100% on the Ultra Dex. It still needs editing and rechecking here and there. If you're definite a mon learns it but Ultra Dex says no, check Bulbapedia and you should get your answer.
