"Alright Zappy, that thing's shooting a beam of light at you! So I need you to use another of your famous agilities to get away from it. Use it plus your speed to get past the beam of light. Once you get away, we need to hit this thing. Hard. We need to give it a real Jolt," I chuckled to myself at the unintentional pun of a jolteon giving something a 'jolt'. "As soon as you get out of the way of the Signal beam, I need you to use a Thunder. Call that blast down from the sky to hit that Slopoke. And while you're at it, I want you to paralyze it with the Thunder, too."
I imagined it. Zappy jumping up and starting to charge. Then, shooting a blast of electricity up in the air, with the whole sky crackling as it went up. Then, once it reached its peak, instead of fallin down, it would expand, and large, dark clouds would appear. The whole world would stand still, as if waiting to see what the power of this could really do, and what was going to happen. The sky would crackle with a fearsness rarely seen. Then, after seconds that felt like hours of waiting in anticipation, a large bolt of pure electrical power would fall from the sky in the blink of an eye. It would be so bight and powerful, the whole world would look away at the sight of such a fearsome thing. The bolt would strike the ground, searing it; more precisely, it would strike the Slopoke, dead center. The power of the attack would course through it, causing it immense pain, and maybe even paralyzing it. Then, the skys would clear, and all woul resume as if nothing had ever happened. Except for the Slopoke, who would be much closer to bein caught than before.
