Finally my time to work had come again. I was always looking for some work, and the chance to take a trainer through the park, because I both enjoyed it, and it would give me something to do. Also with the Christmas season coming up, the money obtained from said work was always a nice plus.

"Well Absol, looks like it's our time to get back out there again," I said to my trusty Absol. Usually Ambipom had been accompanying on my runs, but lately I'd been taking Absol for a change of pace. I still had Ambipom on hand of course, but for now I preferred having Absol out of its ball with me.

We got outside of the ranger post. I just usually walked past everyone when I had to go on a ranger job. Didn't want to stop and socialize, or else I might be late and make my trainer wait.

"All right Absol, while we wait why don't I check out this trainers information," I said grabbing their files, and I petted Absol. Their name was Dan, and you could tell they were new based on the info provided. The only items they had were two of each ball; two Park, two Super, and two Hyper. On hand they also only had two Pokemon, a Rhyperior, and a Charizard. Between the two of them only Rhyperior knew any extra moves, and that was just Thunderbolt. After seeing this info I could only hope that this wouldn't end up being too rough on Dan.

As I walked down the path to the outpost, I tried to get used to my surroundings; after all, I would be battling and exploring there. But before proceeding even more on the forest, I called out my Pokémon; to give some basic rules and commands “Rhy, Dzart come here” said I while opening two small red orbs.

After pressing a button, a gigantic dragon, that was mostly orange, had a pair of deep blue wings and intimidating features and a dinosaur-like Pokémon appeared. “ Well, those are the gardens, soon we’ll be starting up on our exploration and I just wanted to tell you a few things” said I, while Rhy the Rhyperior listened carefully, Dzart a Charizard seemed to be oblivious to my advice and was more interest in the new place we had arrived. “You are, well … huge. So please be careful when moving around, as many small Pokémon and plants are around. Also try not to make the place a disaster zone, it’s my first time here, and I would like not to be kicked out; also, Dzart, if the need arises of you to use fire moves, try to tone down a little. We do not want fires spreading around” Dzart, almost as if taunting me, started to launch Flamethrowers up the air; I immediately put it back on its Pokeball and continued “Rhy, you’re coming with me now, be careful “I sad while we were walking to the Outpost “even with your ability, grass moves can be dangerous, and this place is full of them”

As I waited with Absol I noticed a minor disturbance in the distance. I saw some fire, from a Fire-type attack, shooting up into the air. I didn't particularly know what it meant, but part of me felt it had something to do with the trainer I'd be taking through the park. Under normal circumstances no one else would be coming this way, person or Pokemon. I suppose that would make sense since Dan was bringing along a Charizard, and at times they could be a hassle. Speaking of that someone came into sight now with a Rhyperior. I could only assume that it was Dan since he had a Rhyperior.

"Well, guess that's my cue to go introduce myself," I said, waving Absol along.

"Hello, I'm going to guess you're Dan?" I asked, pausing to extend my hand for a handshake. "My name is Gary, and I'll be taking you through the park now. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask. Well, now that the introductions are done, what do you say we get started? I'm sure you're looking forward to seeing what comes your way." And with that we were off to the Botanic Gardens.

Now, since I didn't yet have a Gardevoir who could easily just teleport us the front gate, we had to walk there. Thankfully it wasn't too long of a walk, but hey when you're about to have to walk through the whole area looking for Pokemon you don't want to think about walking on top of more walking. Or at least I didn't, but then again I was lazy. Either way though we got to the front gate, and we stepped into the Botanic Gardens. It was nice here. The sun was shinning, but not too bright, and there were some clouds. It was the perfect weather for looking for Pokemon. Not too hot, and not too cold.

We started to walk along, and it wasn't any more than about two minutes before I heard some noise coming from a tree. It was a buzzing sort of noise, so I went over to investigate. I looked up, and noticed a small bee-like Pokemon. It appeared to have three faces. The bottom hexagon had a full body, leading you to believe it was the main bee. It had two tiny wings, as well as two small antennas.

"Well Dan, any interest in this Combee?"
