Ok, week 3 is a little different. This time instead of simply captioning an anime screen, you'll need to fill in the blank text boxes of a comic.
Once again, submissions closed Friday night and winner gets $2,000.
Basically just fill in the two text boxes in the first panes, and then the piece of paper in the last pane.
YOU CAN DO IT. Good programs to use to edit the picture are Paint, Photoshop, Gimp, or Pixlr.com.
