    To all my trainers:

    Thanks for the wait, I can assure you that I can now post the next thing tomorrow (can't now because I need to cope up w/ other stuff on the nets that I prioritize more than the URPG).

    Thanks to all who understood my situation with having my internet going haywire.. to those who didn't.. then you're just one big GRR. :P

    Yeah, the one with the Beautifly tattoo (Madison) was original, but she's not a Ranger. She's just a secretary.

    Sorry for the double post, but this is kinda relevant / important. Inb4 I get hit with another infraction >.>

    Anyway, this is just a general shout-out - my Rangering load has decreased a bit recently, so are there any abandoned runs lying around that want to be finished off? Contact me by PM/VM/IM if you're in this situation and would like a speedy conclusion.

    *cracks knuckles* Alright I intend to take the Ranger Quiz when I get home today. I have 5+ years of role play experience under my belt as well as 1 year of being a dungeon master.

    If two legendaries are fighting to the death in Outer Heaven, Main RP and Rayquaza is trying to kill everything, are you able to battle it with more than one Pokemon?

    No, but at the same time you shouldn't just let the Trainer keep spamming the run option until it works. I do it like a battle in the games, where if the run fails the wild Pokemon gets a free attack. As a general rule, let them try to run twice, and then if the post quality isn't fantastic make them either knock the Pokemon out or buy a Poke Doll to continue imo.

    Just a suggestion. It doesn't has to be a 100% escape chance, maybe a 1-20% chance to increase the escape chances if the trainer produces high quality moves and used his moves in a way to scare off the wild Pokemon. Because I seriously think it's stupid to still have it at a fixed amount even when a scaring move is used and the post is a high quality one. This also applies to low quality posts, then the escape chance should also be decreased.

    Not too sure about increasing / decreasing the capture rate for different ranked Pokemon, that might get really confusing really fast. Same thing with post quality - just because someone is a wonderful poster doesn't necessarily mean they should get away easier. It's like battling - just because someone has thoroughly studied and knows every single obscure piece of battle theory, it doesn't mean their Zap Cannon should hit.

    As for the escape moves, like Roar / Teleport / Whirlwind, etc, I already brought the possibility of an escape increase upon using those moves up months ago with someone, either DoH or Trainer17, and it was rejected because Pokemon with those moves could just spam them. I think it's worth taking another look at, though. If it was to be implemented, I'd look at limiting it to, say, 5 uses, and raising the flee chance to 70/75%.

    While I am here, I'd also like to bring up the healing moves, like Roost / Slack Off / Heal Bell. It's a badly kept secret amongst the pro Trainers that by bringing something with a HP and Stat healing move, you will rarely need to rely on medical items, and imo that's just against the nature of the Park. I'd also like to look at limiting these moves to 5 uses as well - this way they're not completely nerfed and people will need to bring medicines, but they're still worth learning / using in the Park.
