Well, it's only fitting that I pick Lugia, given its appearance in my story. Provided it's not already taken, of course? (I couldn't find a list of currently-taken legendaries.)

I'm pleased and proud to have won this contest fair and square, and more importantly, to have produced a piece of writing that people liked. I look forward to the coming Summer Writing Contest! >=)
