I know for a fact that battles in the NP don't count, cause Chainy told me they don't when I first signed up for the NP.

Alaska is right, battles in the National Park don't count towards a Pokemon evolution.
And Monbrey is somewhat right - if he's talking about the rules in the Ultra Worlds subforum what actually happens is any battles that are declared in there can be taken to the Forum Battles subforum and battled for real there, with a ref and everything. If the battle stays in the Ultra Worlds RP anything can go down, I believe. But unless the battle is recorded in a Referee log somewhere, it doesn't count towards a Pokemon's evolution.
HELLO, PEOPLE. I HAVE A NEW MINION AT MY BECK AND CALL. SAY HELLO TO DRAGONESS, WHO I THINK ACTUALLY HAS A DIFFERENT USERNAME OVER HERE. SHE WILL BE METING OUT JUDGMENT UPON YOUR STORIES. SO YEAH.
Had a quick question, if anyone knows the answer. Didn't recall reading specifics.
If you write for multiple mons in one story, do you have to have that many show up in the story, or is just one of them being in it okay?
Like I'm writing a story that has two Buneary in it. Is it okay to try to claim three from the story if I have enough characters? Or would I have to include another one as part of my story?
Thanks. Came up while talking to Monbrey.
I think the only instance I, as the grader, would let someone get away with this is if they wrote an extended author's note expounding on the theory of multiple realities, and how, through theories of synergy and multiplicity, because their story features one Buneary, their story features all Buneary. That would just entertain me to the point of giving it to them. But now that I've said it, no one can do it. So ha.
All that said, if another grader gives it an okay, and can justify it in their grade, and to me, when I yell at them for it, the rules are sketchy enough that I wouldn't press the issue.
Not sure if this was answered, but here we go.
You don't have to own a Pokemon to have it appear in any of your stories, whether it's as the main character's Pokemon, the Pokemon themselves, or whatever. Basically your stats have no effect on your stories at all.
As for Grading, I'll see what I can work out.
lol@ double post
So, we've got NaNoWriMo coming up here rather shortly. It's what, 10k words? I think it's a great chance for us to go for those Demanding mons that we all know we want, assuming 5 chars per word. Who's with me, now?
