Thread: URPG Stories Chat and Feedback

We didn't always have a backlog. Before that, your story kinda got lost in Nowhereland most of the time. T_T We're trying, but we only have 4 or 5 active graders and a back log going back to December. We'll definitely get on it though. The Spiffy Grader thing helps a bit, but it doesn't solve everything. ST and Jr, weren't you both graders a long time ago? Why don't you claim something? It could be one of the short 5k ones even, but yeah. I have a 4 day vacation Easter weekend, but we need some help from new people, soooo

Well, saying only graders give preferential treatment to others is absurd. Everyone does it in every position, except maybe judging. If a friend and someone you barely know ask you to do something, you are going to help out the friend. And being asked to do something, and just being expected to do something, are two very different things.

One last thing I'd like to point out; ST, even if we graded everything in order, yours still wouldn't be graded for a long, long time, seeing as it was posted in late March. But yeah, don't diss on us graders. I'm proud to work with all of these guys and we're trying to do what we can with what we've got. We're sorry it might take a while to get your story graded, but if you really can't wait, specifically ask one of us to do it and we probably will.

K, then. Not rewarding you for being ignorant. I know it's 'your thing' and all that, but perhaps a little bit of courtesy might get you further?

Also, don't use the 'it's your job' thing. Graders aren't required to grade, and aren't required to grade in any specific order.

I feel as if I shall be rewarded with a grade on my story for ridding of the grinch (ST) from your guys' section.

I made a new temporary Story List in my stats. You guys can use that until Taras updates. I'll keep it updated as long as needed. I didn't put on any stories that were short by a ridiculous length, so yeah. Also, please don't claim more than one story at once. A couple people have like, 5 claimed. Even though I'm guilty of this, try not to grade really new stories before the super old ones from, like, 5 months ago. Yeah. If I missed your story or something, tell me and I'll fix it.

Bulba's had my story for about a month. A grade would be appreciated.

In the new Story List there's a typo: "right" should be "right".

My goal is to have it be possible to right a story and have it claimed and graded within one week of being posted. Let's see if we can do it, guys.

Also my story isn't listed - unless its only from a certain date.

I can say the same for Turtwig A.

You all have no reason to complain. I've been waiting 6 weeks for a Simple 'mon grade. Yah, nubs.
