Typo! Just wanted to say that Beheeyem is spelled Beheevem in The List of Dreams.

Magikarp is easier to find in the game. They categorize them by their rariety in the game.

Yeah. Have you ever tried catching a Feebas in-game? It took me four hours. You can only catch them in one randomly-determined square, and they only have like a -80% chance of showing up in that square each time you walk over it. Whereas Magikarp is EVERYWHERE AND YOUR MOTHER.

Didn't know that, and I don't know lol, that's just what the grader lady said ;[

it's not just rarity in game it's also usefulness, a milotic is much more usful than a masquerin

Surskit evolves into a useless piece of junk. And it's not that hard to find in RSE. xP

There are various factors involved in the classification. Rarity is one of the "backburner" factors that takes a seat behind stats, movepool, awesomeness, et cetera. It kicks in whenever we feel it needs to.

I'd just like to say, each generation, Feebas is becoming easier to catch. As I quote from its Bulbapedia page:

Black White
Rare (Super Rod) Common (Fishing spots) Route 1

Emphasis on the 'Common'.

Not meaning to rant or something though, I'm just saying this for the sake of saying it. Also know that I do not have a Feebas of my own, and I'm not arguing about its placement due to Milotic's usefulness.
