Short answer: no.

Long answer: Swinub is gonna take much more than that to get captured. As far as I see, you've no plot, no characters, no description and nothing near a battle. One sentence does not constitute a story.

If this is an attempt at trolling, stop. I did something like this and now several refs want me banned.
