Objection! This story is way too short for a grader to grade this for the capturing of the eevee. Since Eevee goes under the Hard category, you need 20-30k worth of characters in the story.

Also as an official grader I declare the defendant guilty of writing a far too pathetic story to be graded, and both the prosecution and defense for contempt of courtregulations as it was specifically stated that one cannot post in another's story thread unless one is a grader. Penalties will be to become Graders eventually. >:D

Also, should the defendant wish to submit another story about court cases and Pokemon, please make a new thread and consider pulling some strings to get me as a judge (read: Write me a PM when done). This thread is a bit too cluttered.
