Do you like to write stories? No?! Are you having a hard time finding a Ref and need some money? That's what I thought.

-->November is National Writing month, where the goal is to write at least 50,000 words toward a novel. For many aspiring authors needing motivation, this is a great challenge to encourage them to actually sit down and write.

Goal: Write any combination of stories (complete or not) that totals =or> 50k in characters. This does not include spaces.

Tip: Do a little each day. Procrastinate, and you may not finish in time.

Time: November 1st to November 30th

Prize: $25,000 !!!

Qualify: Link your stories here and we will verify. They do not require a complete grade.

If I did a collab story, only the characters I added would be counted for this challenge, right? Or do my partner and I both get credit for the full thing?

I'll have to say no to collabs, only because the idea behind this is more of an individual challenge.

Yep. Write as much as you want. You could do 200k, if your hands haven't fallen off by the end. To complete the challenge, you only need a minimum of 50k.

Is it a rhetorical question? Hmmm, no. Might be serious. Uh, yea, it should have Pokemon in it since the eventual goal is to catch, you know, a Pokemon. Shocker!

Haha, cool beans. I was actually all gung-ho about doing this until life realized that I was trying to do something and decided to give me the busies. I didn't expect to get anything from this venture, so the monies are a nice surprise! Thanks.
