Felly gets Psychic

As Kantomasta has declared himself inactive until December, I'm opening the Steel Dojo.

I've also been made aware that Kantomasta has been intentionally forfeiting belts to challengers. Unfortunately, any belts obtained in this manner are invalid. However, given that the Dojo League is so close to finishing and the Steel Dojo is unlikely to be filled, I will allow anyone with the other seven belts to challenge for the Dojo Master position. The first person to successfully obtain all seven belts will be awarded the position to defend against other challengers.
