Okay, I talked with him and I think he confused, as am I.

IMPORTANT

Here is the deal...There are two people that claim that their ability is that they have TWO VOTES. In mafia, very rarely are there two people with the same exact ability. Therefore, one of those people is a liar. Now there is an easy way to figure out which one it is in this case. The two people vote for each other. One person will cast 2 votes on the other. The other will cast 1 vote on the other. The real person will end up outvoting the liar, and therefore the liar will be lynched. In order for this to work, NO ONE MUST VOTE EXCEPT THE TWO PEOPLE THAT ARE VOTING FOR EACH OTHER. The only reason you would want to interrupt this vote is if you are the evil mafia and trying to save your evil buddy.

Anyway...The two people are Pichu Boy and Bumblebee, and they should vote each other. Everyone else, refrain from voting or retract your vote if you already voted and want to get rid of a mafia.

In the event that both players really do have two votes, then the inspector will inspect one, and can deduce which one is mafia from the result, as two mayors (the term for someone who has two votes) on the same team never occurs.
