I believe I fixed posts #28 to this post, even Nubz's, who seems to not be able to differentiate The Ultra Dex from the Reffing Encyclopedia. Keep posting if you notice errors, though.
It's sad that I can say this from memory, but I think I remember when someone brought up the fact that Misdreavus can legitimately learn Ice Beam, albeit in the older Ultra Dex Discussion thread. It's a Move Tutor move that it can learn in Crystal only, from that man in Goldenrod. Bulbapedia actually agrees with me for once, lol.
I suppose Mismagius technically can't learn it, but I think that all fully evolved 'mons can learn all MT/TMs that their pre-evolutions can, so I guess that would count.

Yes, Pokemon can learn previous evolution moves. Anyway, I looked over this last night. I could not find any other source that says Misdreavus learns Ice Beam from the Crystal Move Tutor besides Bulbapedia, which leads me to believe it messed up.

Maybe someone could try in their actual Crystal game?
Well gamefaqs usually proves to be correct cause the people who put stuff there are people who have thoroughly played whatever game it is, and according to this faq Misdreavus can't learn Ice Beam, but take this info for what its worth
Iirc Webbie has a Crystal ROM he plays, maybe he can check it out for us?
/shamelessly volunteers others
I'm almost at night in my Crystal, so I'll catch one and tell you what I find out.
I would've done it sooner, because I had to reset the time on my Crystal for some reason, but I put it to day because I didn't know it's only caught at night. Derp.
EDIT:
>Misdreavus: NOT ABLE
Misdreavus cannot learn Ice Beam via the Crystal Move Tutor. All that time searching for one, the troll-y battle it gave me, and then the endless card flipping amounted to what the majority of the Internet already knew ;D
Let us celebrate with loose women!
That's listed for Suicune, whose Dream World ability is Water Absorb, not Flash Fire. It was probably an unknown typo or something.Quote:
Dream World Ability: Flash Fire: Heals 25% max HP when hit by a Water-type attack.
It says Porygon and its evos learn Tri Attack by both level up and TM
Pidge: fixed
Yanma, Yanmega, Snorunt, Glalie, Froslass, Cresselia, Emolga have Double Team as Level up and TM
Ninjask should have Double Team level up
Braviarys Dream World Ability is Defiant according to Serebii and Bulbapedia, not Hustle
