Because the games don't let me do otherwise.

The other thing is that by staying inside, perhaps we can find out more information about what is going on and see if we can stop this madness/save the world.

No matter what happens from now on, it's sad that we had to shoot a baby Pokemon in order to live. :'( Those researches must pay.

I choose this because fighting a nasty horde sounds dangerous.

You choose to stay in the laboratory, perhaps out of a sense of moral obligation to find the researcher or maybe due to your sociopathic nature. The command takes a brief moment to process, and the computer beeps loudly, seemingly in approval of your decision. As the computer shuts a small hole on the desk opens. Three Pokeballs shoot out of them, and you catch both of them frantically. They are regular Pokeballs with no insignias whatsoever. You decided to open the first one.

Empty.

The second one opens up, and this time the room is illuminated by red light, and the form of a Ditto materializes. However, something about this Ditto is quite sinister. It's blob-like face did not have the careless, calm expression like a normal Ditto. This Ditto was naughty looking, as if it had just killed someone. Suddenly, it begins the process of transformation and a naked leg shoots out of the flabby goo. The Ditto is recalled to ensure your safety.

Hopefully the next Pokeball doesn't frighten you. With a hesitant throw, you release the Pokeball. Out pops a Slakoth. The chubby Pokemon comes out of the ball with a deafening yawn, enough to make you throw up your hands to your ears.Then it begins to pick it's nose with one claw. You call the Pokemon back in disgust, and you wonder how you could possibly be more fucked.

The laboratory extended down a long hallway, and you walk down to a door. Opening it, you reveal a geeky scientist, experimenting on what appeared to be a Charmander. The Charmander oddly enough has lost the fire from it's tail, and is barely breathing. An electrical shock puts the poor thing into extreme pain, and you wince for the creature. You do not go unnoticed.

A second scientist that you did not see comes up from your left side, and hits you in the face. You never were very athletic (fatty), so you need to make a decision and fight. Do you use Ditto or Slakoth to escape from the fistfight and save the Charmander?

Slakoth + Yawn FTW!!

Naked legs are tasty. I choose Ditto.

Ditto can Transform and stuff. That ought to be interesting.
