i don't see why you all have to get so antsy about people arguing, complaining, suggesting, whining, posting, etc (some of these are the same thing btw, just different connotations). why can't we just let people duke it out? shed some tears? bleed a little? maybe go through some kind of internet catharsis? i keep seeing someone be a puss and post something along the lines of 'omg stop it this is very bad! people shouldn't argue!' or desperately try to change the topic. no, how about you shut the fuck up. there's absolutely nothing wrong with whining and arguing, it's how things get done and change, and sometimes it doesn't, in which case people will get tired, and if they don't, it will be quite an entertaining read. there's probably a problem if your post involves name calling, but if it isn't your whole post, that's cool (although it might be against some forum rules). and yeah, sure, some people may become enemies, but some people may also find new allies through these arguments, and later you will probably feel silly for hating someone just because they have a differing 'opinion'. in the end, i don't really recommend you guys be mean to each other when arguing, but if it happens, instead of someone trying to change the subject completely or locking the thread, just ask them to change their tone without being a dick about it yourself. and yes the trainers' court exists, but you guys are being fucking pussies there too.

as for staff transparency, i support it and mk's thread. and kudos for you for not giving up; some people may call you gay for it, but you're straight in my book. and this isn't oldfags vs newfags or mods vs members or anything like that. it's just should they be more transparent vs not being so transparent.

also the Like system is terrible. it lets people be so petty by liking something someone disagrees with. ~_~
