Just one thing I wanna comment on Chainy's post:

So that's why the mods outrighted lied to us and dismissed the expansion as nothing more than a rumour to begin with? Ok. All it would've taken for people is a "Yes, we're looking into an expansion". Doesn't promise anything, doesn't compromise the project. If you wanna respond, don't do it in here. Do it here or get me on AIM.

EDIT: Also, I disagree with Ketamine's banning. I remember Haze used to openly admit to leaking from the staff boards, yet he went by unpunished. Why should the associate of a 'corrupt' official receive a permanent ban when a full on 'corrupt' official received nothing?

What's everyone's opinion on Worry Seed, as an EM? Are abilities enough of a problem to battlers that you'd pick it up while getting the base TMs and such for a team together, or would you save it for a later move?

(Just a random thought; something to get some discussion going and such)

Seems reasonable on Whimsicott at least. If the enemy has an annoying ability, nuke the ability with worry seed. As far as having actual battle use, I doubt that situation would ever present itself.

Guess it could stop a rest or do what WTP said. Not much more use though :/

It's one of those things you wouldn't look at more than once, and if you're strapped for cash probably shouldn't look at getting, but there will be once or twice in your URPG career that they would have been really useful.

I'm pretty sure I had a lot of valid points. Please, reread what I posted.

Also, threatening me with a ban won't do anything but make the case worse for you towards the banning of TE, because again it's a mod abusing his/her power and punishing someone heavily for something they did not completely deserve (TE)or deserve at all (Me for expressing my opinion).

And I don't argue for the sake of arguing. There's a reason why I barely posted up until recently. I'm just trying to make the URPG more fun, because it turned from just a fun game to this mess where someone spilling a few "secrets" gets him a permanent ban.

EDIT: actually, I'm gunna have to side against the oldfags. Honestly, LS/Haze you guys hardly participate at all. If a fucking online internet community that you aren't even a part of upsets you this much, you probably need some perspective on your lives. You were both mods/officials and you chose to step down. If you wanted things to be run the way you wanted them to run, you shouldn't have done that. Leave the mods alone.

However, I would like to say, that I think what would be more interesting for URPG members is to see the debates of whether or not certain things passed/failed. The posts could be made anonymous, but this way people could get some idea of the type of discussion that is happening. Maybe some members could add points that were missed. Maybe the general consensus on an idea would be different than mods would have normally guessed. I dunno. Just a pleasant suggestion from a 3rd party
