First, post your character.
If it's approved, go to the Park Mart and buy stuff you'll need.
Then, apply at the front gate.
Finally, when a ranger takes you from the front gate, he or she will post on the main RP, and you can go on.

How do we challenge gym leaders? Do they have their own thread somewhere that I'm not seeing? Or is that something you HAVE to do on AIM or other messenger?

It's extremely suggested that you do so over AIM.
But you can always challenge them and SOME may accept a forum battle.

Shouldn't Wynaut not be allowed for a starter,i thought it was an uber and banned from most Competitive Battling.

Uber Wobuffet is something you see on competitive battling, where you are limited to 4 moves. Most often, you only bring strong physical moves to the battle, thus using counter is easy and effective.

In the URPG, take in mind we are not limited to 4 moves. My Infernape could learn up to 33 moves. In such case, if a Wobuffet was sent against him, all I have to do is use taunt and it would not be able to do anything at all. My point is that Wobby is not as effective in the URPG, where sometimes you have a lot of moves to choose from, and in DP, specially, when you can see what your opponent does first.

It could still Counter and Mirror Coat, along with trap.

URPG has no tiers, which is why Garchomp isn't banned either.

Yes, but if it's DP rules, you use a low-attack such as ember when you move first, and a powerful attack when you move last.

AIM is my best friend. It allows you to get you Pokes evolved and win some extra cash.

Hey,I just realised that people could be using the free berry credits to buy other items?

There really should be a roll of die to decide who goes first in battle, otherwise, your opponent can base their next attack of yours... i.e if i use mega punch and they use counter then.

You can choose to roll a dice for who sends their pokemon first, and then the person who doesn't send theirs first has to move first. It's pretty fair imo, keeps you on your toes.

Don't use Mega Punch if the other has Counter, if that's your only option well that's really your fault. Learn to battle please, and if you don't want to have the disadvantages of D/P/Pt rules choose Revo.

No, the Berry credits are strictly to be used only in the Berry Store. Berry Credits are a different currency than your main money, thus you have to keep them separate in your stats.

But if they used those credits to buy the hold-item berries, and then used those in battles, would that be allowed?

Story deals are limited to 2 per writer a month.

Just wanted some quick clarification on this. This means that we can only catch two Pokémon per month, right?
