If you have 3 non-gym leader battles going on, can you do a leader battle?

Also, why is it taking so long to get my underground treasure?

If you're on the forum you shouldn't have more than 3 battles at a time.

I can't really answer your other question since I've never used the Underground, but I assume that like everything else on the URPG it takes time.

Also, I'd suggest getting an AIM and adding other members, so if you have questions you can get the answers faster. Also, battles and other things are just easier over AIM.

1) No; the extra battle is only if you own a gym or dojo, and use the fourth battle for a challenge of it.

2) One of the admins/mods/people with power needs to roll it; perhaps they haven't had the time, but they'll usually save them up and do 4 or 5 at a time. Just be patient.

Any move that is has before evolving, it has afterwards. Here is the Ultradex: Click this comes in handy

They don't forget them... they didn't even forget them in the games silly =P

But basically, any move that a pokemon (or any other pokemon below said pokemon on its evolution chain) learns, it does not forget, even after evolution. The Ultra Dex in the battles section shows a complete list of moves a pokemon can learn, including the moves its pre-evolutions learn. Go check it out sometime
