Just to make sure, here's an example: In a battle, i could use poison fang, then bug bite, then knock off, then acupressure, and i could still use a different move, like pin missle?

yep, you can use as many moves as you like. you're not limited to four, hell you could use all 14 moves in one battle for all we care.

2 more questions:
#1: can you use Gen. V moves in a DPPt battle?

#2: how do the referees decide if a move misses/freezes/paralyzes/confuses/etc?

EDIT: Question 3: can you re-nickname your Pokémon?

1. We don't have gen V moves on the URPG yet, so no.
2. The refs roll dice, which is hard to explain, but you'll understand if you're in an AIM battle. Don't worry, it makes sure its perfectly fair.
3. Yup. It doesn't make a huge difference, but you can put em in your stats, or whatever.

If you do it in the middle of a battle, do you use the current name or the one you were using when the battle started?

it doesnt really matter since nicknames dont affect battles at all. but i guess as a rule of thumb; pokemon exit a battle the same as when they entered it, any changes happen in between.

EXCLUDING THE GEN FIVE MOVES. Look in the Ultra dex too see what moves it actually has.

PP exists, although most of the time it won't matter.
