Well, this is actually mildly important and I should probably get some official stuff on it. How do Deoxys forme changes work on the URPG? Leman said that you pick a forme and it's stuck in that forme for ever/until relinquishment, but Pidge said that you can change formes between battles if you so choose (plus, way back when ST had his Deoxys, I think it changed formes a few times to haunt people).

So, erm, anything about it that I should know? ^.^

Question: If someone were to not respond to a battle, and I contacted them by VM, could I report it or would I have to PM them rather than VM?

Question 2: If I create an AIM account for the URPG, would I have to wait before my battle amount lowers to one to use it or can I use it from the start?

I'm fairly certain no-one will mind. Just make sure you dont start too many extra Forum battles after you become active on AIM.

If it has been a considerable time since they last posted then contact your ref.
