Splice: just ask what two (or more?) pokemon you want spliced.
Trainer Sprites: give an example and clearly describe how you want it.
VS sprites: Technically, same thing with Trainer Sprites.
Trainer cards: Provide the image you want as your background for your trainer card. (Make sure it's big enough!) Give what kind of trainer sprite you want to use, name, pokemon (depending on the request, I can try to put pokemon splices in the trainer card), Badges (how many?), pokemon icons? (where the wi-fi number should be, I put pokemon icons instead. note: open the second spoiler in my signature for an example of the kind of trainer cards I make).
I also usually will make my sprites have a transparent background.

Hey wackyzan! Lovin' the trainer sprites so I was wondering if you could do one for me if you're not too busy.

In the fashion of my avatar?
I understand that the Blaine HGSS avatar is standing in an odd pose so if it will make it easier for you and yeild a better result maybe use Pryce's sprite
If you do go down that route just try and make sure it looks like a Blaine/Robotnik cross though. Thanks in advance - you do some great work here :)
