I took the liberty of only including the second picture because the first one was of quite low quality and it didn't really fit into the composition of the banner. If you'd still like to have it included, just tell me and I'll make another banner.

I tried to include all the rivals, but the banner looked too crowded, plus it would've been hard to put in the text. As for the Raikou, I faded everything but the eye, which I made glowing red. The "rival" part of the text is red so that it matches the eye.

I found a version of your picture that was of better quality than the one you had provided, so I put in that one.

I don't have a specific background, but if you don't mind I would like something blue and kind of... bubbly I guess.
