Thread: Instrutilus has a shot at this spriting thing...and now this art thing too...BANNERS?

Welp, yo read the title, here's my sprites.

Pokémon Trainer Red - Classic:

*sigh* I was asked to design two original Pokémon Trainers, for some apparent Pokémon hack the person (who dislikes his identity being disclosed), so I drew up two quick designs...which he rejected THEN told me he wanted them in the style of the old game characters (Gen 1 and 2 artwork, not Gen 3 and 4). So here are the designs, he accepted so I may as well post them here for a little advertisement.

Wow. All I can really say here is wow. Your drawing style is pretty cool, and I'd honestly really love to see those drawings colored or something...and your sprites are...pretty awesome. And, let me get this straight, are you saying you are saying that this is your first time spriting?

Yup, pretty much. Besides this one sprite edit I did for a Sonic fangame, but that's about it.

Welp, the bloke asked for a drawing of the Rival and the Proffesor. So I drew these

I then got bored and redrew the two main characters as they'd probably appear in a sequel he does:



And then, for the crack, the three Starter Evolutions fighting with the actual starter between them:

Naw, these look really good. I envy you.

Naw, it's just something I picked up after drawing the dude, now I can't stop =P Looks like no one in this game is gonna have their Right eye seen...except for the Special Secret Trainers >=3 I swear, if I make one more suggest on this game I'm gonna take it and make it myself. Cut out the middle man =P

Hey, those Red and Blue ones are pretty cool. They would look nice animated.

Yeah, but my GIF Creator is hell to use, since it appears at normal speed in it, but once you save and open it elsewhere, it goes faster then what I thought.

*A.Dverse is what I've taken to calling A.D's Universe. Most events he's in have a place in here =P
