Blazaking's Photoshop - Banners, Avatars etc

Yo, Blazaking. With my not-so-recent namechange, I think I'm in need of a new banner, don't you? And besides, you owe me for those cookies I got you. That's right, I was playing a long game. Fwahahaha.

So then. I'd like a banner with this image in the background, preferably with the Caterpie in view. I'd like the border be a goldish colour. Also, I'd like this image on the left-hand side of the banner with it coming off of the banner, with the text "Apollo's Caterpie" next to it in green, and underneath that "Why bother owning a Weedle?". If it's not too much trouble, I'd like that to have a glossy gold border around it like my current sig has. Any parts of the background that aren't covered by the Torterra pic should be green.

Hey Blaze, can I have a banner? With a picture of Ash (Kanto preferred) and a picture of Silver (Sugimori art, like in my banner) in any background with "Ash&SilverFangirl" in the top left corner and "Ash and Silver lover forever" on the bottom right corner.
