You don't give your self enough credit, you've done pretty well! Just because you screw up once in a while doesn't mean you a bad player.

I was mafia in the star wars mafia and I actually nightkilled another mafia. I doubt you've ever screwed up worse than that. In the same mafia I also caused a lynch because I mentioned the person in the vote like so VOTE: @Midorikawa; so the host didn't realize it was a vote and the person got lynched when they weren't supposed to. Granted they were town so it helped my side but I felt bad about causing a lynch that shouldn't have happened. So I'm probably worse than you.

I've wondered, can you night kill your self?

No ones a bad player, everyone is good. In their own way.

I'm just trying to point out that people do, in general, need to use a little more logic and initiative when playing mafia games. If you don't understand something about a mafia game, Google it! Mafia games are really popular in a lot of places on the internet, and there are great sources of information about mafia if only you look for them. You can learn all sorts of different techniques and things about behaviours if you're really interested.

I'll expand on that bit with a personal suggestion. Something that helped me a lot to improve my play style was to explore the internet and see how other communities play mafia. I ended up reading a few games on mafiascum since they own the wiki and all, and I decided to play a game there (a 2of4 setup.) I didn't play very well, quickhammering my Day 1 FoS on Day 2, who ended up flipping town, and being lynched on Day 3 because some scum counter claimed my role, but I did call out the scumteam right by the end before being lynched. Since the players in that game were srs bsns 24/7 and there were only 9 of us, I had to take the initiative and stop hesitating about being mislynched. That's pretty much then that I started analyzing posts, making wallposts, guessing possible scumteams and generally being a more aggressive player.

tl;dr go outside the beaten track, try new things, analyze posts like your life depended on it, take risks, rely on your own judgement, never someone else's, try taking the initiative and don't care so much about being lynched; it's not the end of the world. Etc.

Just my two cents.

I don't know I was just wondering if you could, not that I would, like if you were completely out numbered and all the town new you were next, I wouldn't but some one might...

Oh, wait! I think it did happen once, in a Best Wishes one...? Whichever had Iris/her Pokemon as mafia? Flame_ nighkilled himself, iirc.

Flonne has it right, it did happen in Iteru's Pokémon Anime Mafia. The last mafia night killed himself.

In Pokemon Anime Mafia: Kodomo Ne. Flame_ was the last mafioso and Nightkilled himself. I didnt even know that was possible till that game. Of course in that game we found the mafia in like 2 days due to nameclaiming being allowed.

Would it be more satisfying to the town for you to night kill your self or for them to lynch you?

It's certainly lulzier seeing a scum suicide than a regular lynch.
