Thread: The Situation Room 2.0

Welcome to The Situation Room.

This thread holds two purposes. First, you might have some questions of how we run things here. If your question is not already answered in the rules, then feel free to bring it here and one of us will answer it. You can also discuss future games and gaming ideas or give advice on someone's playstyle is fine. Secondly, this thread also serves as a general chat thread for The War Room regulars. You can talk about anything you want that doesn't necessarily relate to the War Room itself, and interact with each other on different subjects.

RULES

1. All regular forum rules apply.

2. Do not discuss any current mafia game in this thread.

3. Please keep the chat open to everyone. A small group of users cannot exchange posts beyond two standard thread pages only between themselves. If staff judges that you are doing this, they will ask you to stop. If further violations occur, it can warrant infractions.

Hello, I'm Mintaka, I've been modding The War Room since I became a Moderator in the forums, when it was a subforum of Outside the Box. (Some of you might remember!) I became an Administrator last January, so I guess I could be called adMIN...okay, that was a terrible joke. Anyways, please don't let my bold + italics scare you, I actually like chatting. I might be boring though, that's something that comes from the anti-social irl me. Other than mafia games, I'm also interested in games in general (I also mod Fun and Games actually), and I enjoy video games and some games played on PC. I also enjoy reading and listening to music. Don't be afraid to drop me a line if you want to have a chat about mafia games or other stuff!

Hi! I'm Paperhorse, and I have been modding The War Room since March 2012. I played my first mafia game in October 2011. I also mod the Media Menagerie, where I am the forum head. Outside of Bulbagarden I enjoy watching TV shows, reading books and poetry, and listening to music. I also attend graduate school. I am working towards a Master's Degree to become a Literacy Specialist. I currently work as a substitute teacher, and tutor students in math and reading in the evenings. Hello there, Zenax reporting in. I have been playing mafia games since late-August 2011, and been a moderator of this section since April 2012. In the scary real world, I am a college student studying human sciences and an aspiring translator. Conveniently, my favorite subjects in school are English and French, the latter being my first language.
In the spare time I spend procrastinating on my homework, I read several webcomics, play a few video games, lose many hours on Tumblr and watch various TV series. Feel free to contact me if you have questions about how things are run around here or if you want to talk, I don't bite.

I'm currently a senior in high school and am leaning toward studying computer science in college, but I also have interest in genetics. Hey! I'm Master Mew, but you can call me Matt. I'm 22 and a former Seminary student majoring in Biblical Theology. I spend most of my free time (when I'm not here) working with teenagers in local youth groups coordinating events, leading Bible studies, preaching, and counseling students. I joined Bulbagarden in 2010 and played my first game in the War Room nearly two years ago. I also play sometimes on EpicMafia and play under several usernames on MafiaScum.
I love to talk and rarely bite, so shoot me a PM anytime you wanna chat it up about Bulba, Mafia, the Bible, or anything else!

We're nowhere near as bad as some forums. Anytime a thread tops 50 pages they renew it. Poor MLP fans...
