Don't listen to them. They'll pick at least three I'd guess. Last drive had a large outcome.
If an applicant impresses us, then they'll most likely get the job. We're not limiting ourselves to only hiring a certain number of applicants. If a certain forum receives a large number of impressive applicants, we could end up hiring up as many as four or five new mods. Likewise, if a certain forum receives little to no impressive applicants, then that'll be reflected in the number of applicants that get hired for that section; but with the number of impressive applications steadily increasing, I very much doubt any forum will end up understaffed.
How many people have submitted, on estimate? Would you say...over 9000?

It's safe to say that almost every forum will hire at least one new person.
EDIT: There are about 250 applications.
Just applied. I missed the deadline for the last drive xD
But wow...250 applicants?

Would it be too much to ask how many applied for Outside the Box?![]()
Thanks to King of Jesus (Neodark) for the banner!

I'm sort of nervous, considering I know whether I'll be picked or not first thing tomorrow morning. :p
But again, good luck to everyone else. ^^

Does Archaic have like Vetoing powers or something or do the Super Mods vote count as twice?
Just curious how the ordeal works.

Everyone has an equal voice on each person. Everyone is looked at in the same light and their history, personality, and application are all considered equally.
Ah all right.
Just asking since IDK like I was envisioning whole government process or some shit.

We're closer to a dictatorship or, perhaps, a monarchy. But as Archaic does not deal with many of you on a daily basis, you'd do better to be concerned about the regular mods and section heads, as we're the ones who are going to decide if we can use you or not.
