Basically, you click on the relevant link for the forum that you want to apply for. On the application you need to fill out the answers. Some questions require different answers. For example with the first application you linked to, the first question requires you to choose one forum and to click the button next to it. Meanwhile for the second question you need to type in your age. If a question has an asterix (*) next to it you must fill it out, while questions that don't have an asterix don't need to be answered.

Once you've finished your application, click "Submit". The staff can now see your application, and you will have officially applied. Once the drive is closed, we'll review all the apps and decide who we're going to take on.

We'll announce them once we've decided. Those successful will be PM'd slightly earlier to confirm they want to accept their new positions.

I was gonna apply, but looking at my app it sucked pretty badly, and being a mod isn't that important to me anyway. Good luck to those of you who did send in apps (especially ones for OtB since that was what I was gonna shoot for cause I love it /favoritism). I'm sure decent people will be chosen.
