I'm assuming you were hit pretty hard by fighting Cyrus before, or was insanely underleveled (unless it's DP we're talking about, but that one isn't exactly hard after clearing the game anyway)?

I only managed to catch Giratina in a Greatball, though. ASHAMED I FEAL

Lol, I had to reset my game a dozen times to catch it and Tauros/Kangaskhan on my FR.

Fuck those game programmers refusing to let Chanseys take refuge in the Cerulean cave... would've made things so much easier for the Kanto Pokedex completion.

I've had a moment like that in my PMD: Explorers of Sky game. After three failed attempts at scaling Mt. Bristle, I got lucky and found most of the staircases quickly. I was losing health fast in the battle against Drowzee, but Alex (my partner) helped me at the last moment and we won!

When I was searching through Ralts on Wi-Fi, and found a shiny one. Then managed to trade my gorebyss over to my platinum. Catcha ll six pokemon in the pal park. Then fly over to Jubilife to get back into the GTS. Before it was even taken!

When I finally caught Raikou in HG. I mean Entei I caught with 1 Ultra Ball, but Raikou was just plain annoying. When I finally caught it, I was so happy!! I was like "YES YES YES!!!! FINALLY!!!"

Hatching a shiny Totodile after 500 eggs via masuda method (next Yay will be when I finally hatch a shiny Chikorita its been over 1200 eggs)

Huh, that happened to me on Gold, too. Despite Suicune also knowing Roar in that game, I was able to nab the first two dogs with minimal difficulty (Entei in a Greatball, for instance), but Raikou was a hell of a bitch, though I got it in the end.

I was in the safari zone in emerald, and I wanted to get these pokemon, which pratically killed me!

I had the hardest time catching Miltank there, but I managed this one time. Mass-cloned it, too, of course.

Mine was when I defeated Lance with Quagsire, and catching all the Johto Legendaries in Dusk Balls. Ho-Oh coming out of one looks amazing. :D

Heh, I only caught the three Sinnoh lakers in Duskballs, though my Groudon was caught by the second ball (the first being a joke Levelball I threw for lulz).

Easiest catch ever. My (level 72) Noctowl only used like 3 attacks.

When I first caught Azelf, Uxie and Giratina I was like "F*CK YEAH."

And when I caught Suicune using a nestball in SS, it was my only remaining ball.

And I have to say when I beated Volkner using a water type pokemon.
