Getting that final hit against a highly skilled opponent when it seemed as if I was going to lose for sure. Its moments like that always fill me with emotion
Catching Mewtwo with a Pokeball in Yellow
Getting all 151 in Blue.
EV training on Hoothoots... then finding a Shiny Hoothoot.
Blaziken (Named Cpt Falcon) vs any opponent
Cpt Falcon used Fire punch!
Foe's (insert pokemon here) fainted
My big "YES!" moments:
1.) Beating Lance for the first time.
2.) Catching my first (and so far, only) shiny: Tauros!

Catching a shiny noctowl, i'm always excited to catch a shiny, the thing about the noctowl though is that ash's on the anime is what informed me of their existence, so i thought it was pretty exciting to actually have one of my own. it's now EV trained and has a good set on it so it'll definately make an appearance in my team:)

Like a lot of the kids here, catching a shiny out of the blue. In my most recent case, I'd just been playing the Ruby I'd either Palparked or traded everything and anything worth notice (to the point that the only Pokemon even over level 20 was a 34 Tentacool), and right after buying 10 Pokeballs just in case I come across a shiny, BAM! A red fuckin' Duskull came outta the grass. I had to be careful with weakening it, as a critical hit from either Surf or Waterfall could kill it, but after 3 or 4 balls, I finally nabbed it.
It's got a Modest nature, too, so it was all too good for words. :D
When I was fighting Lance, and my Pokemon had 3 HP and he was down to his last Pokemon with low HP as well. BUT.... his move missed, and I won :D
I love my dog, if you haven't guessed.
